| Product Information: The MXL is a new, powerful, professional and high-tech gauge which allows the user to sample a large amount of parameters. The MXL is equipped with an AMP connector that includes a tachometer input, 1 RPM input, 8 analog inputs (temperatures, pressures, potentiometers, Lambda sond, "on-board" and custom sensors), 1 speed input, current gear (either sampled from an "on-board" gear sensor or calculated from RPM Vs. speed values), and lap time. With a wide display the MXL has a backlight standard and a high speed USB data download to PC: the data may be analyzed with the powerful race studio 2 software. The MXL has been designed to be interfaced via CAN or RS232 to the following ECU's: Motec, Mectronic, Sodemo, Delphi, EFI-Europe, Seat, Autotronic, Bosch, Racetech, and Carmo. Other interfaces will be developed in the future. The gauge samples and displays the data incoming from these ECU's and from all the sensors plugged into the AMP connector. The MXL is alsoequipped with an internal built-in clock and calendar for test management. The MXL is available in 2 different version: MXL Pista and MXL PRO. The MXL PRO has the same characteristics of MXL Pista, but with 2 Deutsch connectors, 4 speed inputs and a CAN protocol for external expansion modules. |
